Return Policy for Okewa Haircare E-commerce
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Okewa. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that we only accept returns for damaged or expired products.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@okewastore.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
